Shipping Policy

Orders To Latvia

All orders to Latvia are processed by Omniva or UPS. You can see all the prices and options in the checkout cart. After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number (if possible). Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 2-10 business days ( 1-2 weeks). 

Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.

International Shipping 

Orders within Latvia (International) are processed by Omniva or UPS (if applicable). You can see all the options in the checkout cart. The cost of international shipping will be calculated during checkout. After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number (if possible). Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 2-10 business days ( 1-2 weeks).

Return & Refund Policy

You can request to return any unopened and unused item purchased from Bath Tea & Salt within three days of receiving your order. Each return request is evaluated individually, and we may approve or deny returns at our discretion. Before sending any items back, please email bathteasalt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

For mail returns, ensure the product is securely packaged. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any potential damage during transit. Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial shipping & return shipping costs, given there was no error made on our end.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for unopened, unused, or defective products. If our company approves your refund request, you'll receive a full refund in the original payment method. If any items were damaged during shipping, you can request a full refund, but you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to make this claim.

Damaged Items

If your items were damaged during shipping, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. To request one, please email us at bathteasalt@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the damaged products

Lost Orders

If our system indicates your order has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
